Simple Atrophy 1: Low Power. Note well-spaced glands lacking papillary infoldings and very mild chronic nflammation in stroma.	Simple Atrophy 1: Medium Power. Note attenuated basophilic, cuboidal lumenal cells.
Simple Atrophy 2: Low Power.	Simple Atrophy 2: Medium Power.
Simple Atrophy 3: Low Power.	Simple Atrophy 3: Medium Power. Note moderate chronic inflammation with focal epithelial injury.
